Favourite flowers on your wedding day- Paper Florist to the Rescue!
I was contacted earlier this year by Lauren who wanted to have her favourite flowers of white anemones on her wedding day but was advised by her event dresser and florist that they weren’t in season. So she approached me and I came to the rescue creating her a collection of her favourite flowers from paper.
Any flower in Any Season
Having paper flowers on your wedding day really does allow you to have any flower during any season and to treasure after the special day.
Daffodils in winter or Sunflowers in Spring; a bouquet made especially for you filled with your favourite flowers from all seasons.
When I created these paper anemones for Lauren I didn’t know the details of how they were going to be used. I created her 15 flowers on long wired and sent them on their merry way to her florist. It was such a lovely surprise to see them in action in the couple’s beautiful wedding photographs by Millard Photography.
The paper anemones featured in Lauren’s wedding bouquet, in corages, on their flower girl’s flower wand, dressed on a stunning cake by Cakey Lulu’s and on the table flowers. Lauren’s wish of white anemones being their feature flower really had come to life.
Paper and Real Flowers Combined
I love the beautiful arrangements created by Simply Flower based in Dorest who combined my paper anemones with stunning roses, lisianthus and black berries.
