Sarah & Nicky’s Italian Wedding
I just love it when I receive wedding photographs from a wedding that my paper flowers have featured in. It completes the process for me. I absolutely loved creating Sarah & Nicky’s paper wedding flower collection. Take a look at their stunning photos which they have kindly shared with me.
I first met Sarah and Nicky in 2019 when they attended a consultation to talk about their ideas for their wedding flowers. We chatted about their exciting wedding plans and they had such beautiful ideas for their destination wedding flowers.
Bespoke Paper Wedding Flower Collection
Inspired by their love of cooking and eating they wanted the majority of their flowers to be edible in their natural state. Freesias where to be included as the bride’s Mum’s favourite and wisteria to remind them of their previous visits to Italy.
They married in Italy at a stunning location in October 2019 and then held a party back in England afterwards. Where their wedding flowers got to be a part of their special event again.
I created a bouquet for the bride and posies for the bridesmaid’s. Buttonholes for the groom and groomsmen and a special corsage for the Mother of the Bride.
This paper wedding flower collection was full of handmade paper roses, nasturtiums, freesias and sweet peas. Paper borage, camomile and cornflowers.
